I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Everything, I had a terrible experience with Ryan Creative living and kelin, They dint pay my salary, and despite my hard work, and they fire me without any proper explanation and compensation. Mr. saify and his Son are very unprofessional and characterless people, and they no respect for employee and his Work, I would not recommend to anyone work here, if you want to destroy your career definitely work here, Women and Girls are not safe here,

Everything ……worst company, worst management. They are unnecessarily insulting their employees and shouting at them so that he/she leaves and then keep his/her salary. Their is nothing good for learning. I suggest to all not join this company.

Nothing to like there. they were promised a certain amount during the hiring process but after joining, the salary was negotiated down. They are froud and they planned such a legal things from starting so that they can play with salary negotiations as they didn't provide any amount in written.

Overall my experience was negative due to the unprofessional owner, unpaid salary, lack of respect of employees time and aggreement, they expect employees to stay in office after working hours, office timing is 10:00 to 6:30 but the owner shedule meeting after 6:30 only, very unprofessional owner.

Dislikes

Worst company. Pathetic management. No etiquettes. No professionalism. Keep the salary of their employees. They keep the employees to get the work done and after the work is completed, they terminate employees giving the reason that the company is running in loss, and keep their salary. Don't spoil your career by joining this company.

My experience was awful with Ryan creative studios . Not only did they promise one salary and change it but they didn’t give me offer letter even after 5 days of joining , they didn’t even pay me for the days I’ve worked for . HIGHLY UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL
