There are numerous things which can disturb you as an employee. 1. Company Policies change every single month. 2. Sometimes people don't get equal opportunity to perform. 3. Shift timings are not fixed (somedays they told to come in evening and sometimes in daytime, 2 hrs before office time, sometimes after two hrs, etc). This is mypersonal experience. 4.
