Not a professional company. One man show . His understanding about company culture is very bad. Even staff workers doing @ 12 hrs duty without any extra compensation. No leave policy . No increment, no any other facilities available . Even no tea arrangement and break to any one .

The culture of company is not seen as company. Owner of company do act only his opinion. He understand all staff and workers only daily wage manpower and treat accordingly. However company infra is very good but policies lac of pleasant.

Work Details

Not a good experience. 12 hrs continue working without load is not justified.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
