The work pressure is quite low, however there is less opportunity to grow. I personally has given a patent to the company however the company just think of themselves and iddnt consider it. They just try to retain the employees on basis of bond.

If you obey your seniors then you will be a good asset to company otherwise you will be a villian. 2. HR is very good at doing their work but if employee asked for some sort of support then HR will notdo anything despite making many formal e mails complaints. Not even your manager will support you to fight for your problem with HR. 3. Your vehicle is not safe inside the office premises so park your vehicle on your own risk. After any damage no office staff will do anything. It will be your responsibility to ask IT and your manager to vacate some hours to check the cctv footage on your own. I work in Roki India, they have very less projects but concentrate on the work perfection. The production unit is far from design team so little difficulty to understand practical technology. For me Work culture is better as I compare to my old company.
