No learning at all ! Yes sir is promoted and creativity is discouraged. HR GA here are treated as Gods. ( None of them has a MBA degree) Unnecessary Documentation in name of work. Actual person working on project is given no credit. All credit goes to manager in name of QC . Appraisals based on time period you have spent with company instead of performance. Act like working instead of actual working is applauded. Politics at height . Only win win situation for those who are here since long time. All capable people are never treated upto their potential. Those who sit here mostly act like bosses specifically Managers even with zero knowledge. Mostly are managers because they are here since long time. Some are in queue to become next managers. Company is shit and full of documents, you make document for every other thing, if you wanna have a transition from an engineer to operator , this company is best for you, everything is about documents here, you did something right make a document and then get approval from your manager and they will give you feedbacks like font alignment, font color(after all that's what makes you a good engineer right), you did something wrong make document and get feedback, if there is some spelling mistake they wont correct it , they will circle it and send it back to you in mail so that it is highlighted that they are working too...Read More

This company works on flattery and obedience. If you are good at flattery and 'yes sir' kind of person then so called management can give you 2-3 promotions in a go. However, anything creative is discouraged badly.
