1. Work life balance is good. 2. Easy to take leaves, no need to make unnecessary excuses for leaves. 3. Flexible timings for coming in office from 07.30am to 9.30am, just complete 8.5hrs of working time then you can leave, no one will ask you to stay.

Dislikes

1. You will be asked to do only what your senior is saying. You will not be able to use your own brain, your degree to perform work. If you obey your seniors then you will be a good asset to company otherwise you will be a villian. 2. HR is very good at doing their work but if employee asked for some sort of support then HR will notdo anything despite making many formal e mails complaints. Not even your manager will support you to fight for your problem with HR. 3. Your vehicle is not safe inside the office premises so park your vehicle on your own risk. After any damage no office staff will do anything. It will be your responsibility to ask IT and your manager to vacate some hours to check the cctv footage on your own. I work in Roki India, they have very less projects but concentrate on the work perfection. The production unit is far from design team so little difficulty to understand practical technology. For me Work culture is better as I compare to my old company.

Production unit is far from the design team so unable to learn the pratical concepts.

Not much projects are there, so usually having more free time. Work and life balance is proper. Practical learning is less because of less project and work.

Company supported very well through the pandemic. Provided work from home for a couple of months. Gave full salary and appraisal.

The scope of developing engineering skills is quite limited.
