In Roha Pack plc there are amazing people and there is an excellent working environment including of freedom to do what you think but as far as i understand the salary is not as such attractive and there is n carrier development except for few people but any one who is interested to learn new things to suitable environment and workmates and also I can say work-life balance is considered since the management is are positive thinker...Read More

I dislike the politics which emerging in near time because when managemnt are changed some people they need to form their group except that realy it is amazing working environment is there.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
