It is a terrible organization to work with, especially if your work reports to the Chairman. He is uneducated businessman, very unprofessional and works by the stick. He will hire you in a moment and fire you the next moment, without any reason in spite of your good performance. Their existing employee will conspire against you and put false allegation because you have joined at a higher salary and designation, even though he doesn't deserve that</mark>. Chairman will blindly trust his junior employee and will not listen to you or verify the facts. They will give you just 1 day notice period and not pay your outstanding salary or dues. I am filing a case of mental harassment against them. They will threaten you that they will file an FIR against you....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
