Very poor management. They do not monitor when a writer writes, but blame the writers if any mistake is found or client fails. All other companies in this industry have TLs who monitor and help the writers so that the files do not fail, but this company never takes responsibility. They try to bring down the confidence level of the writers by blaming them for poor performance. But the TLs even do not have proper knowledge about the assignments. The TLs should learn about the difference between attending queries and solving queries. The CEO himself cannot speak English properly and also does not know how to behave with the writers. They are more interested in deducting salary rather than providing the required support to the writers in the duty hour. The salary is low in comparison to work pressure. I will not recommend this company to anyone. The candidates are capable enough to pursue their career on their own educational qualification and capabilities, so they should find another job or company. Dislikes

They think unprofessional AI chekers with high subscription fees give them accurate results while they think Turnitin as a low AI cheker. But they don't know Turnitin is made for academic purposes and its engineers are more professional and know that which content should be flagged as AI and which shouldn't.
