You can learn lot of new things especially to handle negative environment daily.

Dislikes

People will join and walk away very quickly because of poor management. Lot of seniors will behave like it is their ancestral property. Corporate filled with lot of rude and arrogant people. Few people doesn't even know how to treat new employees. Lot of knowledge will be filled inside the brain of few seniors but they won't teach anything. There is no proper job training here. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
