Job Description
As a Collections Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company by managing overdue accounts. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers on outstanding debts, ensuring a balance between maintaining positive customer relations and securing revenue recovery.
Responsibilities
- Timely and consistent follow up with customers on outstanding AR via email and telephone.
- Research invoice disputes in various systems (Netsuite, Salesforce, Sharepoint, etc)
- Coordinate with the Sales, Customer Success or other internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer billing and contact information in NetSuite and Tesorio.
- Manage and monitor client portal setups, invoice submissions/resubmissions and invoice statuses.
- Manage shared inbox assigning emails to internal AR teams, notating remittance advices, assisting with vendor/supplier forms
- Other misc. Billing or collection duties as needed
Qualifications
- Experience :
- Prior experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
- Knowledge and Skills :
- Familiarity with basic billing procedures and collection techniques.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and/or related systems.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates commitment to task completion.
- Education :
- High school diploma; Associate s/Bachelor s degree is a plus.
