Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated Legal Administrative Assistant to ensure our legal operations run smoothly. Smart, resourceful, and versatile candidates will be providing a broad spectrum of legal services, mainly supporting customer contracts. Must be comfortable handling a high volume of legal documents and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Review nondisclosure agreements against company policies
- Maintain cloud-based files for all fully signed contracts
- Use Salesforce to process contracts populating specific fields to action internally
- Action customer name changes through Salesforce as well as SharePoint
- Process signed contracts and Orders through Salesforce utilizing Salesforce DocuSign integration based on company signing authorities
- Train peers and new hires how to process contracts
- Drafting of customer amendments, reseller agreements, referral agreements, and other partner agreements using pre-approved template
- Researching signed contracts from SharePoint for internal parties
- Managing tickets in shared work queue
- Updating DocuSign templates based on changes to signing authority
- Working with IT teams to manage fixes and enhancements to processes and systems
- Help onboard new colleagues and integrate new entities of newly acquired companies
- Provide administrative support to the legal team
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience using DocuSign
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SharePoint.
- Prior Legal Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Must be team-orientated
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
- Consideration for privacy and security obligations
- Prior experience reviewing confidentiality or nondisclosure agreements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service industry and AI tools is a plus
- Understanding of law firm billing
- Experience using Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Experience in a corporation, business or o ther legal environment
