Work culture is so good and management was not there in company company policies are they will put 3 months of notice period

Dislikes

Not consider intership people's they use to work more from employees

They not even provide any money with 1 year of my experience I done my intern full time without stipend for my career

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
