Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

No salary will be giving on time they give in middle of the month. In a month only two holidays u get u should even work on Sundays.we don't have holidays on festivals too

They give salary on Time.

Dislikes

In this company There is no salary increment. we have to work long hours. There is lot of pressure on employees. No holidays for festivals and public holidays. we have to work on Sunday also. we have to all kinds of work

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
