Very toxic and autocratic work culture. High level of job insecurity. For each and every decision the person holding the position is onle to blame about otherwise he/she do not have any authority . One fine day you will come to office as normal and suddenly you will be asked to surrender company assets without explaining proper reason. No feedback culture .
