Job security, managers behavior. Lot of reasons for dislike. Don't join this company. At the time of pandemic they keeps company close for 3 months with loss of payments, And after that start company with few employees without intimation of other employees. And when I ask about joining manager said find some where we are not continue to you, It's happen with 75℅ of employees. Also they keeps my salary on hold for 4 months in pandemic time and When i asked about salary to Mr. Pawan shinde , He said fill your home kirana from government ration stores they will give you free kirana in pandemic. If you have no money for Kirana.... Very ridiculous behavior in pandemic time....Read More
