Job security, managers behavior. Lot of reasons for dislike. Don't join this company. At the time of pandemic they keeps company close for 3 months with loss of payments, And after that start company with few employees without intimation of other employees. And when I ask about joining manager said find some where we are not continue to you, It's happen with 75℅ of employees. Also they keeps my salary on hold for 4 months in pandemic time and When i asked about salary to Mr. Pawan shinde , He said fill your home kirana from government ration stores they will give you free kirana in pandemic.
