As i started my career with Research Trades, The owner and Co founder of Company is Actually good and very much supportive to the employee and work culture is also good. Experience towards work is excellent and learnt a lot from this company in my career starts and I thank you specially to Pranjal Mehta , who is the co founder of company ..she is so supportive and always helped me whenever i faced any problem regarding work as well as my personal issue ..for the last but not the least ..thank you so much all once again...Read More

Nothing like dislike ...its actually every organization want output ..i dislike the only thing is the alternate Saturday was working their thats all ..

Research Trades is Market Research Company, their were research reports, whats going trending and i worked on PR sites promotions and also social media activities

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
