The only beauty of the company is to relax in office timings which is relaxable for me.

Dislikes

Work pressure and there is a lot of unskilled worker by which your work is so complicated. There is no other benefit to employee. During the period of lockdown we are not getting any salary.

Work Details

As a Accounts Head, my work is to filize the accounts, finalisation of GST, Income Tax and TDS return. These process is for Republic auto Sales as well as three group companies. Dealing withe bank for the documentation of CC limit. Its a very haptic work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
