This company threats employees like donkeys. According to their policies, they increase the salary every six months, but during appraisals, they just say, "You haven't progressed.", They give a lot of work but never appreciate it. Instead, they blame you, saying you do nothing. Their time management is also very bad. They don't approve leaves. If you apply for leave, they simple, "No, we need to meet the deadline."
