I'm working at Renew Photovoltaic pvt ltd from 1 yrs...and I feel very nice here... specially it's very good safe and comfort industry for girls...and management is overall very good...some issues are there... hopefully it also resolve coming days of years.... There are some i see here...like if we're on leave...like 10 to 15 days off from our job and we stay in our home at that time management hold the salary of employee...and blocked their punch...so these are some issues im facing here... hopefully it can resolve by management... Thanks you 🙏

I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off! For context: I have about 5 years of experience in the IT field, currently working as a security analyst (contract role) for the past 6 months.
