Work is worship phenomenon, gets no time for personal care after joining the company, back to back schedules, lot of efforts need to put in terms of supervision & follow up during executing a plannings. During hiring process company HR must give consideration to serious candidates.

They are find the hardworkers in working time they will give awards every six month but salary increment only personal supporter only get head office doesn't know what is project place pressure but they are desight the every one salary range.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
