Being into the Operations during my service @ Rbss, I had very bad & terrific experience, poor, invalid responses, ( I was forced to give up) job loss & become sudden unemployed, didn't let me to continue....because of VP, Hr Manager, Manager and AM. HR and senior process trainer are not capable and entered the company through recommendation, without capacity or work knowledge how can ? Even they don't know to credit PF and cheated the employees . No one there tocare about employees.

It depends on your manager and supervisor what you will like or not if they are leader personality then ok if not then you will have to change team or company.

No Sick leave .If you will even take 1 sick leave in a company then your supervisor by telling that accordind to company policy your salary has been kept on hold you will get it in next month between 15-20 and Also your supervisor can termination you on on basis if you have any errors in your work.
