* Supportive and encouraging team mates and management. * Appraisals are fair and they rolled out good salary hike even during pandemic time. * 90% of employees were provided with full time WFH during Covid 19 and no salary cut. * I got good exposure to new technologies. * Challenging tasks has helped me to evolve as a professional over the last 2 years.

Dislikes

It is good if they can organise monthly catch up for employees working from home. After WFH this long, now I prefer to work in teams rather from home.

I have been working at Reizend full-time for more than 5 years. Management is very transparent with all the actions in the company. The most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are an employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands. Vey happy with my life at Reizend, the experience and exposure that got, the collogues that I have. I believe, this is one of the best workplace where we can manage our life and work balance at a time. They provide good job guarantee and had managed the covid crisis well.
