I have been working at Reizend full-time for more than 5 years. Management is very transparent with all the actions in the company. I have been working in Reziend for the last 5 years. I proudly say that I am a Reizendian, This is the place where I could transformed as a PM/Technical Architect from a developer in a smaller time span. You are a techie and you want to make a real change, at the people, where you are dealing with, then this is the right place for you. You may really challenged on technical needs, but don't worry.... you will have enough support, mentors, and facilitation to crack the challenge. You will definitely be appreciated, on your contributions, on time to time, And you will be competent in this way. Failures and mistakes may happen from anyone. In my personal experience, there would be direct discussions in such conditions to identify the root cause. everything get analyzed and learnings will be applied. A company that I started as a fresher. Great training and learning curve. I think no much companies train the talents like this. You have extra decent pay during these training period. Periodic hikes and a great team to work with. Management and leaders push you for always learning new things that helps projects. Need to work only 5days a week. Great atmosphere to manage work and life. Only 5 days a week, if they need my support over a week end, I get compensational off or pay, this is very good. My leads and managers are also very understanding when ever I need a break, I get easy approvals.

* Supportive and encouraging team mates and management. * Appraisals are fair and they rolled out good salary hike even during pandemic time. * 90% of employees were provided with full time WFH during Covid 19 and no salary cut. * I got good exposure to new technologies. * Challenging tasks has helped me to evolve as a professional over the last 2 years.

Satisfactory salary package, No micromanagement (employees are strictly observed, but the company will not install any form of spamware in your computer to track you like other pitiful companies I have tremendous honour to this company for not performing that.) If you are a beginner you will be getting exposure to a large group of clients. the only demerit is that they don't have any international clients, and you will be communicating to regional people in Malayalam. I am compelled to address this mainly because of the so-called positive reviews. Most of them are fake and posted by the topmost lads. No, it is not sunshine and rainbow here. You will be receiving tremendous workloads, and normal one can't keep the work-life balance. I personally know 90% of the employees are here for cash, and they don't like this organisation at all. Occasionally they provide your wage as sections (This occurs in uncommon occasions. Most of the time you will get salary on the first week.). Speaking of job security, It is nill here. There is a chance you may get fired on the right next month of your joining. Occasionally they pick somebody and later simply dismiss them by saying "we don't have any requirement now, etc..." People here talking about hard work should understand the importance of having a life. Hard work is not lingering office for a prolonged duration of time. I pulled 12 ampere-hours a day, stayed office till 2 am, languished at the office and I won't describe it as hard work. Y'all merely making your boss wealthy. Have a life, people. one ridiculous thing is one of the leads here affirmed in a review that he is serving as the lead for 6.4 years "within this company" forgetting that this company began hardly 5 years ago which obviously confirms how trustworthy are the positive reviews are... 1- No work life balance, yes you wont be having a work life balance here. Once you pass the interview CEO will openly tell this to you in most cases 2- Eventhough office timing is 9am-6pm, you will be working 9 am to 8pm mostly. Leaving before 7:30 pm here is almost like a sin. If you want to avail overtime bonus. you have to spend 13.5 hours a day and intervals are not included. 3 - In my personal experince, No insurance, no pf, no free food, no employee friendly activities, no team outings ( happend once in onam, that too to a resort in trivandrum. But it wasnt that cheap and we had fun. but only once as of my experince ) 4- If you want to get noticed by the management, just stay office 24*7. seriously.. they measure your talent on basis of how much time you spent at the office. sometimes talented people get hikes, that too also on basis of the time they spent 5- They say they value your opinion but once you disagree with them, you are fired 6- please dont fall in to the trap of fake motivation. They do it occationally 7- Never trust these "Reizend family, Reizendian" type of nick names. I actually feel sorry for the people uses these terms. Family and corporate are different things. 8- COVID 19 update - right after the announcement of national lockdown they put most of the junior guys in an unpaid leave and it has been 4 months and this REIZEND FAMILY didnt even bother to contact those people. This is the reality of this company and you can look on any forum where user can post their reviews anonimously. Most of the positive reviews are to get noticed by the management.
