Satisfactory salary package, No micromanagement (employees are strictly observed, but the company will not install any form of spamware in your computer to track you like other pitiful companies I have tremendous honour to this company for not performing that.) If you are a beginner you will be getting exposure to a large group of clients. the only demerit is that they don't have any international clients, and you will be communicating to regional people in Malayalam. So there is no opportunity for language improvement. Saturdays and Sundays are off and if you ought to work one of those weekends they will give you compo off that too can be used as a holiday on the following day......Read More

I am compelled to address this mainly because of the so-called positive reviews. Most of them are fake and posted by the topmost lads. No, it is not sunshine and rainbow here. You will be receiving tremendous workloads, and normal one can't keep the work-life balance. I personally know 90% of the employees are here for cash, and they don't like this organisation at all. Occasionally they provide your wage as sections (This occurs in uncommon occasions. Most of the time you will get salary on the first week.). Speaking of job security, It is nill here. There is a chance you may get fired on the right next month of your joining. Occasionally they pick somebody and later simply dismiss them by saying "we don't have any requirement now, etc..." People here talking about hard work should understand the importance of having a life. Hard work is not lingering office for a prolonged duration of time. I pulled 12 ampere-hours a day, stayed office till 2 am, languished at the office and I won't describe it as hard work. Y'all merely making your boss wealthy. Have a life, people. one ridiculous thing is one of the leads here affirmed in a review that he is serving as the lead for 6.4 years "within this company" forgetting that this company began hardly 5 years ago which obviously confirms how trustworthy are the positive reviews are... When I started working in reizend I was really passionate about the work and also it had good seniors to guide you and make you understand the work that was 2 years back

Eventually the management strategy degraded and all skilled officers had to leave the company as the company concentrated only on presentation skills not on work based skills as I think company had experienced some back fire and this is the current stage of the company

Better if the management was better, plus I saw somebody stating that they gave full salary and wfh for all employees, both the company and employees know thats not true, you can clarify that in linkedin check for employees resigned in covid

Vey happy with my life at Reizend, the experience and exposure that got, the collogues that I have. I believe, this is one of the best workplace where we can manage our life and work balance at a time. They provide good job guarantee and had managed the covid crisis well.
