Management is very good because it is transparant. But now I am not working that's y I don't know how they supporting but I trust in our sir he never ever harm to staff or students of him.yes in Institution teammate are supporting yes no doubt for appraisals are fair I respect bottom in my heart.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
