As you know that due to lockdown we are at home and my hod's are in contact during this time..very supportive group in which i m working.

Dislikes

A very first thing is to tell you there is no job security and due to lockdown there will not be appraisal in 2020.Group is very good but i think they should provide job security to each n every employee.

My post in regenthonda is receptionist and i enjoy my work.sometimes its very difficult to sit in front desk because in weekdays there are lots of customers and in same condition i have to answer that phone calls also...so that is very important task.

Job security is very bad and on job training needs to be improved innovation I have never seen Work life is hectic no timing of working I personally worked for 12-13 hours for outputs

It's was totally challenging job at regent Honda, i use to start my work from meeting and greeting customers than demonstrating the cars and giving them test drive of the selected cars the are looking at then giving price quote and doing regular followup
