Job security is very bad and on job training needs to be improved innovation I have never seen Work life is hectic no timing of working I personally worked for 12-13 hours for outputs

As you know that due to lockdown we are at home and my hod's are in contact during this time..very supportive group in which i m working.

A very first thing is to tell you there is no job security and due to lockdown there will not be appraisal in 2020.Group is very good but i think they should provide job security to each n every employee.
