Should think 100 times before joining, no job security,no career growth, not benefits even you have negotiate for your salary after getting selected. you will only see one thing here that is Politics from top level to lower. Staff of IT and finance is co-operative.

Dislikes

Compensation is worst, no growth. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, you have to work for 10 hrs in a day. If you not achieved your target forget your compensation only you will get half or basic salary. Also there is no job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is pain sometime.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is challenging achieved target worked there more than a year in as counselor. Pitching for my company as a counselor. Getting more admission, revenue and closing of walking students on daily basis.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
