Likes

Management do not trust on COO,HR and HOD so management does not fullfill their company requirement . Job security ,and etc policiesis very poor in this company .

Dislikes

Employees & HOD ,COO was good to work ,but company management responding is very poor management don't have belief on them.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
