the job is quit intresting. i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no fromal training session. i learnt everthing on job. its good suppourtive senioure. helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
