Mr. Arup Roy is like a father figure for all employees at Red Apple Learning and Technologies. He guides each employee as a friend and mentor. Needless to say, he is one of the key reasons that makes this workplace the most beloved for all employees. I have been working here for last two years. In this period I have succeeded in many endeavor as well as failed in some. During my failures, Red Apple had been right beside me all throughout in order to encourage me to excel in the subsequent endeavor. This is all that any employee could expect from his/ her recruiter. Red Apple has given me that opportunity to excel and help others excel in their jobs. In addition to that, salary, org culture and appraisals are some of the key features that make a company appealing for employees. Lack of marketing and promotional activities. Company believes, bigger the ad- bigger must be the lie. But in 2023, no matter how good Red Apple is; vehement marketing is needed to make people know about their goodness.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
