The work culture is very inclusive , as it is a start-up you get to indulge in different fields and gain hands-on experience of what its like working in a startup.

Dislikes

The work load was a lot , though I wasn't complaining since I was a fresher and gaining skills was beneficial for me but still at times , it seemed like the work load was a lot

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
