This company has one of the most toxic work environments l've ever experienced. The culture is incredibly negative, with constant gossip, backstabbing, and favoritism from management. There's no real teamwork or support, and you're left to fend for yourself. Instead of helping employees grow, the management thrives on creating stress and unhealthy competition.
