Since my 30+ work experience in MNCs (IT/ITES US HO ) / Manufacturer (cement -Dalmia —it was good to have real estate —town ship/ guest houses / offices etc in last 4.5 yrs ) .

Dislikes

We have started this exercise this month Feb’18 and would like to have EXPATS/ CEO’s / Medical tourist with Medanta Hosipital at Gurgaon . This is the beginning 2-3 companies in talk (or finally ) and other will be next month my medical tourists .

Hectic work with plenty request to other big organizations and secondly I am operating for local tourists medical at Gurgaon .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
