Disheartening 1 year of probation period without a single paid leave. Poor work execution planning. Longer working hours (10 hrs) unnecessarily. Company doesn't contribute to provident fund rather it deducts 3% retention amount.

Worst company to work in . No proper process in company . Director is the worst no HR policies. They have other policies like probation is 1 year no leaves . No going out in lunch .talking on personal calls even if emergency is not alowed . this compny is jail.
