Nothing, infact people may quit their plan to work as the employee after joining this company. Directors of this company make their employees life hell.

Dislikes

I am writing this review to save people from joining this company. employees are made here to work till their last breath and when it comes to salary it will be credited by 15th of the month. no facility to the employees. common washroom for men and women and no dustbin in the washroom and employees are made to work near forever stinking washroom. no tea is served to the employees and directors waste whole day for blue, pink, yellow and fulstop formatting and the due date of any document does not matter here. Evereday survival in this company is very difficult due to its pathetic psychopath Directors....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
