Nothing, infact people may quit their plan to work as the employee after joining this company. Directors of this company make their employees life hell.

I am writing this review to save people from joining this company. employees are made here to work till their last breath and when it comes to salary it will be credited by 15th of the month. no facility to the employees. common washroom for men and women and no dustbin in the washroom and employees are made to work near forever stinking washroom. no tea is served to the employees and directors waste whole day for blue, pink, yellow and fulstop formatting and the due date of any document does not matter here. Evereday survival in this company is very difficult due to its pathetic psychopath Directors.

During my pregnancy, the CEO and WTD of this company tortured me to that extent, it took a toll on my mental and physical health, just for comma and fullstop in a letter, he used to intentionally make me do up and down through stairs 20 times a day, so that i dont ask for maternity benefit, He tortured me to that extent, that i had to resign just before i was about to go on my maternity leave. He even promised me at the time of joining and on breaking my pregnancy news, that he will provide the maternity pay to me, but as just before a month of maternity leave, he alongwith some employees started torturing me mentally and physically so much so that i resign just before my leave and his money will be saved. I further got to know that he did the same with another female employee who was working with them before me. every new joinee leave this company within 6 months of joining bcs of too much toxicity in this company. There are only 4-5 old employees in this company and that too bcs they won't get any job at this salary in any other company and they are like puppets of the Boss. Even this is such a Company, where Director even fights with the every professional, audit firm, PCS Firm, Valuer, GST Professionals over petty issues, even for 1000 rs bargaining. Every year they changes their Auditors bcs of fights over some petty issues. Same can be verified from the professionals and firms worked with them. Further they had a fight with every employee, who has left this Company and all of them have left this company abruptly. they even deduct 100 rs from the wages of workers bcs he slept for some time as he was not well.

The CEO & WTD of this Company even hides the newspaper to deduct 25 rs of newspaper provider. surprisingly He reduces the fixed cost of the company to curtail it's expenses, instead of increasing production and sales. He never give attention to the content of any document/letter, instead waste the productive time of the employees for comma, fullstop related changes. As a result of this Company is going towards downfall and it is about to be a NPA in the coming 5 years. So, join this company if you want to spoil ur skills and want to experience extreme toxicity in ur life and want to see how toxic people actually are. One more point, there is no increment in this company, if u don't gossip about other people with WTD & CEO, only focus of ur work. U will be fired if u ask for increment.

Scariest place to work. Disguising Directors. the MD and CEO of this company is suffering from some extreme mental disorder and makes their employee life hell. they actually measure the placement of documents on their table when you put for signing purpose and if it is even slightly tilted they will make their employees life hell.

Dislikes

women employees here are forced to work 2 days before the date of their delivery. no maternity benefit, plus they torture you for being pregnant. employees are punished here badly for their sloutched sitting position. even our schools are better than this place. the directors of this company are the scariest and most uncivilised human beings.

It is platform to grow yourself as there are lots of mix work which add your value during the journy of your life. It is the right place to learn and earn and the management also give to all employee equal space for any work allocation and or taking any decision. so, it,s a good platform for those people who want to grow themself without any shortcut. Company also proved it,s identity in steel market by turnover and through build a unique plant at Durgapur with passionate thoughts of management. So, over all it,s a good company with a god work place.
