This company is managed by group of former employees of Cognizant. Many of them seem to lack a strong track record in their careers, and now they lead Indian counterpart.During the hiring process, they often make promises that are not fulfilled, and there appears to be lack of clear vision while securing projects.They are dishonest.The hiring process seems to lack defined strategy, which could create uncertainty for employees as they may be let go anytime. This exit process is done in a political way by their ex-cognizant colleagues.Even it appears that leaders tend to pick up technical jargons from their team candidates to present themselves as more knowledgable.However, true expertize is gained through punctual efforts not through hearing the jargons. they Hire your for a project promising it will be best, but they will not be able to get the Project from the client, after 2-3 months they will Layoff you.
