Randstad Digital doesn't have direct clients yet so they are hiring lot of resources and almost all of them are being on bench. After a period of them Randstad asks these bench resources to leave or resources decide to leave by themselves. Either way it's a loss of time and considerable amount of job risk is involved. I resigned after being on bench for 10 months in 2024.

Dislikes

HR are the worst I have seen. No projects to resources. Every manager is just doing his job for salary. No one is serious about taking organisation forward. Atleast in Hyderabad and Bangalore for sure

It seems that other verticals like Randstad India or Randstad offshore provide a more positive experience compared to Randstad digital.

This company is managed by group of former employees of Cognizant. Many of them seem to lack a strong track record in their careers, and now they lead Indian counterpart.During the hiring process, they often make promises that are not fulfilled, and there appears to be lack of clear vision while securing projects.They are dishonest. The hiring process seems to lack defined strategy, which could create uncertainty for employees as they may be let go anytime. This exit process is done in a political way by their ex-cognizant colleagues.Even it appears that leaders tend to pick up technical jargons from their team candidates to present themselves as more knowledgable.However, true expertize is gained through punctual efforts not through hearing the jargons. Overall, it might not be a good company to work for, as there are several concerns regarding management, stability and honesty.

Worst company ever they need only employees present after that they will tell u cn move on there is no other project

Worst company they treat employees like something else they will work us hard and after the contracts end they will tell like there is no other project u may quit

No job security, Management of this company is so poor. The people in higher position are so useless, can't even arrange any project. They just simply fire people as there is no project.
