It was my first work place. Here I have learned a lot. I was part of international collaboration which was one of its kind in Rajasthan. I have contributed towards the continuous growth of the college. The college give opportunity to the youngsters to enhance and polish their hidden skills. The Director sir is very kind and helpful. The environment is work friendly. Job security is also there.

Recruitment, Training to the staff, Admission of the student by going to various nearby villages, schools. Organising workshops,helping the higher authority in College Inspection work. Conducting performance appraisal for teachers. International collabs.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
