very good work place . freedom in working that's why build interest about work and organization . company director and all my teammates very grateful and motivational . i have working with this organization completed three years. there all the people are very helping nature like a family .

no any dislike about working environment and trainnning , job security or all those things mention dialogue box .

Work Details

my work is im handling after sale service of all earthmoving equipment's like motor graders , wheel loaders , compactors , excavator as a service manager also, i can handle my service team and customer .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
