Likes

When i started working at this hotel i received a very warm welcome and had a good experience.Usually there was only one person handling the reception in one shift. Though my manager at that time was very very supportive and helped me in rush hours most of the time.

Dislikes

What i dislike about this place is that there was no work life balance. Had to work double shifts. Career growth prospect was very very less. And learning was not to much. I learned how to operate the system in the first 4 months and then there was nothing much to learn.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
