Today marks the 6th months of my journey with Ramada by Wyndham Hotel and Casino Gangtok. Through the mostly ups and some downs, I've learned tremendously about myself and my own potential. About what it means to strive and do my best each day, and motivate others to do the same. When I first joined in October 2021, I knew little about the Hotel Industry. Over time, though, I developed my expertise not only through my experiences but also thanks to the staffs I met. Some who taught and guided me, and others whom I've been able to guide, in turn. I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off! For context: I have about 5 years of experience in the IT field, currently working as a security analyst (contract role) for the past 6 months.
