It is good company for learning.

Dislikes

It should have a hybrid work culture or a proper holiday structure. Employee should be allowed to take work from home or holiday without any tension of getting scolded from manager. Or deduction of money. There is no sick leave or work from home option for Content Writer, SEO or copywriters

Not a very great company for experienced persons. Things like employee privileges and fast salary hike rarely happen here. There is no health insurance for staff. A few things are not organized. Most of the employees are shy in nature here. It depends on the project. Sometimes work is exciting and sometimes boring and lengthy.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
