Rubbish company of the world. 15000.00 Aed charging for job. Management's are heartless people. Never they care about their employees. Partiality is main moto of this Rubish company.

1 to 100 every thing is rubish. Management have no respect of seniors employees. They hiring new people only for to make money because they charge 15000.00 Aed each new employee. They fire people without mistake.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
