It is my compulsion of work in this organization. there is nothing about skill development, work-life balance, jo job security, jo career growth and no further opportunity. It is almost zero work satisfaction. In the pandemic days, specially of march and april, salary got delayed of almost two months. It is pure exploitation of the employee.
