I feel good to work with RECPL, good working environment and culture, Management are very supporting. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Ther is a big problem is career growth, and the job training is not provided to new joinees.

Work Details

I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helps me get a taste of different roles and responsibilities within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
