There is no set criteria as to what their educational staff has to do. You will be picked out of nowhere to do jobs of 4 people alone. If I have to sum it up, nothing is there to protect the teachers, working hours. If you're doing good you'll 'Appreciated' so much so that you'll feel ashamed of yourself because now your co-workers are made feel less about. And if you make the tiniest mistake, you get reprimanded brutally. I feel horrible while writing this but Rainbow International is built on very weak pillars. My request to the school is to stop climbing on the shoulders of their frontline staff in the name of competition. Do better!...Read More
